InspecDoc can offer you multiple inspection opportunities when it comes to multi-unit inspections.  All of our inspection offer a full exterior, roofing and grounds review.  InspecDoc offers several opportunities when it comes to multi-unit buildings including sampling of interiors or full analysis.  As a point of reference, under 8 units, our clients typically have us perform a full site evaluation, over 8, you can have the options of a sampling whereas we inspect 1/2 or 1/4 of the interiors which can significantly lower your over all cost of inspection.  In all cases, we will include the full exterior and offer suggestions should any significant conditions appear may impact certain units.   Photos are available as an additional option.
